Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: We are a professional tent manufacture with high quality, competitive factory price, fast delivery and good service.   

Q: What is your sample policy?

A: We could supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock. We can also make samples according to your requirements, and you need to pay the cost of proofing.

Q: How is your customized service?

A: We can produce by your samples or technical drawings. Special shapes, meterials, sizes, colors, logo printing are customized as your request. We also provide optional accessories.  

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit and 70% before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packages. L/C is also available.

 Q: How long is your lead-time?

 A: It depends on your order quantity. Normally it takes 7~10 days for small order and 10~20 days for large order after we receiving deposit.

Q: How do you quarantee your quality?

A: Before delivery we will 100% test and set up one of the bulk production to show final effect to our customer. Besides, we promise free replace or repair for 1 years due to quality problem.
